" I had a great 2 years doing HMCE and meeting so my awesome people who SHOOK on how smart they were. But unfortunetly this year wad my last year. I'll always remember this experience." - Ayren
"The most recognizable difference from everyday life when going to HMCE is the environment and atmosphere. Everyone is in the same boat as you, and it is a great place to express your ideas and beliefs about the government to your fellow senators or representatives." Abram
“So much work and effort was put into HMCE this year, and I have to say, it was defiantly worth it. It was such a wonderful experience for me and I’m pretty sure, for everyone else who went. Before this, I had my own opinions, but I wasn’t very good at expressing them, I was kind of shy around people I didn’t know. But now, meeting all different types of people from all over the world I think I’ve changed. I can now speak my mind and not be fearful of what others say, I can speak in front of large crowds, and, thanks to HMCE, I have met some amazing new friends. I had an amazing time at the conference this year, and I really hope I can attend the next one, wherever it may be”. - Piper
“Before coming to Harvard I was a bit shy, insecure, basically a complete mess. I originally thought Harvard would be a way to miss a couple days of schools, then it became so much more. I became passionate about my work and enjoyed the late nights staying up researching my briefings and my role. I had become so excited to attend Harvard that my hands were shivering in anticipation. When we had finally arrived and I sat down for my first committee I knew this was going to be special…. And it was. Working with minds all around the world, The States, Venezuela, Greece, and France. With the turmoil in the world we have seen it was satisfying to see that there is a bright future, and a future of unity not only domestically, but internationally”. Raleigh
